Bangor Train Station’s Christmas Lights Switch-On 🎄🎶

We are thrilled to share that our Presto Music Academy Choir was invited to perform at Bangor Train Station as part of the town’s Christmas Lights Switch-On celebrations! Led by our talented teacher, Neala, and accompanied on the piano by Micah, our choir filled the station with festive cheer and heartwarming harmonies.

The event was a magical way to kick off the festive season, with our choir performing a selection of Christmas classics and seasonal favourites. As the station buzzed with excitement, our singers’ voices rang out, creating a truly special atmosphere for all who passed through.

Passengers, families, and members of the community stopped to listen, some even joining in the carols! It was a wonderful reminder of the power of music to bring people together, especially during this time of year.

We are incredibly proud of our choir for their dedication and passion, and we are so grateful to Translink and Ards and North Down Borough Council for inviting us to be part of such a joyful community celebration. Events like this are what make the holiday season so magical, and we were honoured to contribute through music.
